  • Hapidev offers paid memberships with varying features, as outlined in our Sales and Refunds Policy.

  • Access to certain features, such as forums, coaching sessions, and resources, is limited to active members.

  • Free trial periods, if applicable, are subject to the conditions detailed in our Sales and Refunds Policy.


4. user responsibilities


4.1 account security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities under your account.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.


4.2 content and conduct

  • You are responsible for any content you publish on Hapidev, including posts, comments, and shared projects.

  • Your content must:

    • Be professional and respectful.

    • Comply with applicable laws and our Community Standards.

    • Avoid infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

  • Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

    • Posting defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive content.

    • Engaging in spamming or unauthorized advertising.

    • Sharing false or misleading information.

    • Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity.


4.3 payment obligations

  • All membership and service fees must be paid promptly.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.


5. community standards


Hapidev aims to foster a professional, inclusive, and productive community. To ensure this, all members must adhere to the following standards:

  • Treat all members with respect and courtesy.

  • Avoid language or behavior that is hostile, harassing, or abusive.


5.2 professionalism

  • Use the platform for its intended purposes: professional networking, knowledge sharing, and career development.

  • Refrain from posting irrelevant or disruptive content.

  • Important Notice: Hapidev is a professional platform for developers and companies. Efforts to prevent the "Facebookisation" of the platform will be strictly enforced. Posts discussing politics, societal issues, private life, or similar topics will be removed. Members who repeatedly publish such content will face account suspension or banning.


5.3 privacy and confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal or sensitive information without consent.

  • Do not use the platform to harvest data or contact information.


5.4 intellectual property

  • Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

  • Respect copyright and intellectual property laws.


6. intellectual property rights


  • All user-generated content published on Hapidev becomes the property of GYFF SA, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

  • Hapidev’s trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials are owned by GYFF SA and may not be used without permission.


7. termination and enforcement


  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or Community Standards.

  • Banned members are not eligible for refunds for the subscription period already paid.


8. limitation of liability


  • We may update these Terms and Community Standards periodically. Changes will be communicated through the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


9. modifications to terms


  • Hapidev and GYFF SA are not liable for:

    • Content posted by users.

    • Interactions or disputes between members.

    • Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.


10. governing law and jurisdiction


  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

  • Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
