1. introduction
This Sales and Refunds Policy outlines the terms governing the sale of memberships, coaching sessions, and other services offered by Hapidev, operated by GYFF SA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any product or service from Hapidev, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. memberships
2.1 pricing and billing
Memberships are available on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Prices are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
Membership fees are billed upfront and recur automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
Applicable taxes are included in the total price, where required by law.
2.2 free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new members.
During the trial period, you may cancel at any time without incurring charges.
If you do not cancel within the trial period, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged the applicable membership fee.
2.3 cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at info@hapidev.ch.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period.
2.4 non-refundable payments
Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
If your account is banned or terminated for violating our Content Guidelines or Terms of Use, you will not be eligible for a refund for the subscription period already paid.
3. coaching sessions and additional services
3.1 booking and payment
Coaching sessions and other additional services are purchased as one-time transactions or as part of bundled packages.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
3.2 rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations: Coaching session cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
3.3 refunds for services
Refunds for services will only be issued in cases where the service cannot be delivered due to our fault (e.g., technical issues, scheduling conflicts).
4. content ownership and policy violations
4.1 published content
Any content published on Hapidev is subject to our Content Guidelines. Members are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with these guidelines.
Violations of our guidelines, such as posting offensive, harmful, or spam content, may result in account suspension or termination.
4.2 refunds for banned members
Members banned for violating our guidelines are not eligible for refunds for the current billing period or any unused portions of their subscription.
5. chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback for a payment made to Hapidev, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.
Chargebacks deemed invalid or fraudulent may result in account termination.
6. data storage and security
Storage Location: Your data is stored securely on servers located in Switzerland.
Security Measures: We employ encryption, firewalls, and secure protocols to protect your personal information. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel.
Retention: We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within [Insert Timeframe], except where retention is required by law.

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or policies at any time. Changes will be communicated to you via email or the platform. Pricing changes will apply only to future billing cycles unless otherwise stated.
